Pick up your bike at the Carcassonne shop, just 300 m from the train station and right by the Canal, or in the shop in Toulouse less than 1 km from the Canal du Midi. Delivery to your hotel in Bordeaux or any other hotel along the Canal de Deux Mers (after your request, we will get back to you with the exact delivery rate)

Delivery to your hotel or anywhere along the :
- Canal de Garonne
- Canal du Midi
- Canal des Deux Mers
- The bikes will be dropped off the day before you arrive at the hotel.
- The start of the Canal du Midi is in Toulouse. From here, you start pedaling along the route to places like Carcassonne, Narbonne, Agde, Sète or Montpellier; other drop-off options are on request (we come back to you after your request with the exact cost)
- The start of the Canal de Garonne is in Bordeaux. From here, you start pedaling along the route to places like Moissac, Agen, Buzet-sur-Baïse, or Castets-en-Dorthe before arriving in Toulouse.

- Canal des Deux Mers is in Bordeaux. From here, you start pedaling along the route to places like Moissac, Agen, Toulouse, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Agde before ending in Sète
- For Departures from Toulouse, Carcassonne, and Bordeaux : Bicycles will be delivered to customers’ accommodations the day prior by the end of the day prior, or on the day of departure by 9:30 am.
- Bicycle delivery and bicycle fitting at your accommodation
- Collection of equipment at the Bordeaux, Toulouse, or Carcassonne stores
- Complimentary bike storage and drop-off services at the locations in Toulouse, Carcassonne, or Bordeaux only!
