3. Pickup / Delivery options
Information
Deliveries will only be made to hotels that allow secure bicycle storage several days in advance.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this when booking the hotel.
If this is not possible, we cannot deliver the bicycle.
Bicycles can also be delivered to a bike shop in the city where you wish to begin your journey. We have shops in all the most common cities, such as Bilbao, San Sebastian, Irun, Pamplona, Logorño, Burgos, Roncesvalles, Leon, etc. However, this service has an extra cost of €20, and you would have to pick up the bicycle during business hours, never on Saturdays or Sundays.
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO TOURIST APARTMENTS, FLATS, OR AIRBNB.
Reservations must be confirmed 5 business days before the start of the rental.
Can I rent a bike even though I am not planning to finish in Santiago de Compostela?
Yes, of course. Bikes can be sent or collected bikes from anywhere in mainland Spain or Portugal, but at an extra cost.
