In accordance with the terms and conditions, your reservation is refundable up to 30 days before the start of the rental period. You can take out additional insurance, to the value of €50 per bike, which will make your reservation cancelable without charge up to 7 days before the start of your rental. Please note that this insurance only covers the cancellation period, and does not cover any damage or loss that may occur during the rental period.

Insurance for events
From the moment you pick up your bike until you return it to our stand, you will be responsible for the bike and any damages and theft that may happen.
To make up for this, an insurance policy is available for €95, with a 450€ deductible (all losses and or damages above 450€ will be covered by the insurance).
Normal wear and tear is not covered. In the event of theft or irreparable damage, the calculation of loss will be based on the full retail price of the bike. In the case of repairable damage, the price will be validated by an estimate provided by a partner bike store.
Please notice that this insurance does not modify our cancellations T&C: the reservation is refundable if cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the rental start date.
