Deposit conditions:
Option 1:
A deposit of € 150.00 per bicycle in cash, debit card, and leaving a valid passport or ID card per bicycle. No driver’s license. Your ID will be safely stored in our safe in a closed envelope
We do not accept a copy of the passport or ID card when renting an electric bicycle.
The deposit is for any damage. In the event of theft, the tenant remains liable and we will always report this to the police. See also our conditions in the event of theft. We ask for your understanding of these measures. Unfortunately, we have been robbed of our E-bikes several times, which is why we have switched to these conditions.
If you are going to rent an Urban Arrow cargo bike from us, it is not insured.
